Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Chief Information Officer (CIO) shall mean a senior officer in all national government agencies (NGAs), including constitutional offices, government-owned and -controlled corporations (GOCCs), and government financial institutions (GFIs) responsible for the development and management of the agency’s Information and Communications Technology (ICT) systems and applications.
