Cost of tertiary education

Under the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act, cost of tertiary education refers to (1) tuition and other school fees, (2) educational expenses and (3) the cost of living allowance. (Sec. 3(a), R.A. No. 10931)

This is the same definition used in the Unified Student Financial Assistance System for Tertiary Education (UniFAST) Act.
