Dangerous drugs

Dangerous drugs refer to those listed in the: (1) Schedules annexed to the 1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs, as amended by the 1972 Protocol; (2) Schedules annexed to the 1971 Single Convention on Psychotropic Substances; and (3) Annex of Republic Act No. 9165, otherwise known as the “Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002”, and its amendments.
