National Strategic Goods List (NSGL)

The National Strategic Goods List (NSGL) was mandated by Section 4 of R.A. No. 10697 to describe with specificity the strategic goods subject to authorization. The NSGL shall be in conformity with international commitments and nonproliferation obligations pursuant to bilateral and multilateral treaties, international conventions and international non-proliferation regimes. It is composed of three annexes: Military Goods (Annex 1), Dual Use Goods (Annex 2), and Nationally Controlled Goods (Annex 3).
