Endorsers

Endorsers are member-cooperatives/nongovernment organizations (NGOs) which attest to the CSF Cooperative the creditworthiness of its member-borrowers and binds themselves jointly and severally with the borrower in the event of the latter’s default. (Sec. 4(j), R.A. No. 10744)
