Mobile prepaid subscriber

Mobile prepaid subscriber refers to any person, natural or juridical, who avails of the mobile telecommunications service from a mobile service provider by purchasing credit in advance of service use. The purchased credit is used to pay for mobile telecommunications services at the point the service is accessed or consumed. (Sec. 4(f), R.A. No. 11202)
