Resolution

Resolution refers to the actions undertaken by the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation under Section 11 of R.A. No. 3591 as amended to: (1) Protect depositors, creditors and the Deposit Insurance Fund (DIF); (2) Safeguard the continuity of essential banking services or maintain financial stability; and (3) Prevent deterioration or dissipation of bank assets.
