When you truly understand and apply the Constitutional mandate that our laborers are “entitled to security of tenure, humane conditions of work, and a living wage” (3rd sentence, Section 3, Article XIII), then you have the right to use the hashtag #PinoyAndProud
Until then, you have no right to use “pride” and “Filipino” in the same context, because there is no Filipino pride in circumventing the Constitutional provisions on labor. It is un-Filipino to withhold security of tenure to our employees. There is no pride in not recognizing the right of labor to its just share in the fruits of production, a right recognized even by the Constitution.
