What is not understood by the maker of this propaganda graphic is that a good number of the members of the New People’s Army (NPA) did not join the armed movement because of their ideological leaning or their reverence to the leaders of the party.
They join the movement because they personally suffered persecution and abuse.
Therefore, propaganda items like this will not be able to convince them to give up. Give them justice instead, and they will give up their guns.
