With all due respect, sex inside a moviehouse, unless the intent of the participants is really public exhibition, does not fall under Article 201 of the Revised Penal Code.
Kanang kinawat-kawat nga iyot sa sinehan, Article 200 na (grave scandal), dili Article 201 (indecent shows). The corresponding penalty is very much lower – arresto mayor (1m1d to 6m imprisonment) and public censure.
I am not suggesting that you do have sex in a public theater (although, I have heard – entirely not based on my personal knowledge – that it is exciting), but this article is spreading some serious misconception.
